Story/Description of A Hobo's View
This is one of my all time favorites. I was with a friend near Lompoc, California. there appeared to be a locomotive graveyard down there on U.S.A.F. property. We had to squeeze the the opening of a locked chain link fence to get in, but I couldn't resist all of the photos I would miss if I didn't. This particular photograph I took while kneeling on the ground giving it that "larger than life" feel. The train was stationary, but it sort of looks like it is approaching. I thought this is what a hobo might see preparing to jump a train.
